Prof Khatib has over 500 publications, over 12,000 citations & Scopus h-index of 30. He is an editor of 5 books and on the editorial board of a number of academic journals. He reviews articles for 300 academic journals. Prof Khatib is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy-UK. Stanford University ranked Prof. Khatib as one the top 2% researchers in the world in Building and Construction. According to Publons (Web of Science), Jamal is classified as top 1% civil engineering reviewers I globally. He is a recipient of research funds from the European Union, Royal Society, British Council and the Institution of Structural Engineers. He established research links with universities in China, Algeria, India, Turkey, Nigeria, Kazakhstan, Iraq, Ukraine, US, Canada, France, Finland, Portugal, Slovenia, South Africa, Brazil & Australia. Prof Khatib is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers in the UK and a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy-UK. He is an Honorary Professor of the Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology in China, a Visiting Professor of Shanghai Jin Tao University in China and the University of La Rochelle in France.

"I am a postgraduate researcher in Civil Engineering at Curtin University, Australia, with a focus on construction materials. My work explores the use of mine waste in concrete and the advancement of 3D printing technology for creating sustainable, cost-effective housing solutions. Over the course of my academic career, I have participated in various research initiatives centered on incorporating alternative materials into concrete, with the goal of improving sustainability, durability, and economic efficiency. My research interests also extend to construction management, including topics such as BIM, construction safety, and project management. I have published multiple peer-reviewed journal articles and served as an active reviewer for international journals, collaborating with other researchers on ongoing projects in sustainable construction materials."

He currently is a Postdoctoral Researcher on Transport at Department of Civil, Environmental Engineering (DICEA), University of Naples Federico II. He is also a Junior Partner and Transport Consultant at CTLup srl. He has over 11 years' experience in road transportation safety, safety system approach, road traffic crash analysis, safety countermeasures, sustainable transport policies, road infrastructure management and transport planning, with a particular focus in developing countries. During his professional and research career, he has been involved in several research projects, consulting services and scientific committees on transport and road safety of the European Commission and other international organisations (World Bank, GRSF, OECD, ITF, IRTAD, ECTRI, FERSI, TRB, UNECA, INTALInC-LAC, RAM) in several countries in Europe, Africa, and Latin America. He has published over 30 refereed scientific publications, conference papers, and technical reports. He is an active reviewer for multiple international journals.

Firas AL MAHMOUD is full professor. He holds a Ph.D. in strengthening reinforced concrete structures from the National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA), Toulouse, France. Accreditation to supervise research (HDR) (2016). Prof. Firas AL MAHMOUD currently works at Lorraine University in France as a structural engineering educator. He teaches at several engineering schools. He was the Head of the Civil Engineering Department at Lorraine University from the 2017 � 2020 academic year. Furthermore, He also develops innovative strengthening techniques utilizing fiber-reinforced polymers and cementitious-based mortar. He supervised many Master's and PhD students. He is the author of dozens of research papers and the organizer of some international conferences.

Dr. F. M. Özkal is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in structural engineering, particularly in reinforced concrete structures. He completed his doctorate at Atatürk University in Turkey (2006-2012), where his research focused on topology optimization and reinforcement layout in reinforced concrete structural elements. He holds both a postgraduate (2004-2006) and undergraduate degree (2000-2004) in civil engineering from the same university. Currently an Assistant Professor at Erzincan Binali Yildirim University, he has been part of the Civil Engineering Department since 2013. Prior to this, he served as a Research Assistant at Atatürk University, furthering his expertise in structural mechanics and optimization. His research areas span computer algorithms, civil and mechanical engineering, and structural design, with significant contributions in the optimization of reinforced concrete structures. Dr. Özkal’s scientific contributions include several articles published in high-impact journals such as Computers and Concrete and Engineering Computations. His research has been presented at numerous international conferences, addressing topics like structural performance, reinforcement detailing, and the effects of high temperatures on reinforced concrete. In addition to his academic work, he has guided numerous postgraduate theses on the structural behavior of reinforced concrete elements. His advisory roles reflect his commitment to advancing the field of civil engineering through experimental and computational methods. Fluent in English (C1), Dr. Özkal has also undertaken various professional development courses, including occupational health and safety training. His involvement in professional organizations like TMMOB underscores his active participation in the broader engineering community. He remains committed to teaching, research, and practical applications in civil engineering, with ongoing projects in reinforced concrete optimization and strengthening.

Dr. Michael Sing is an Assistant Professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, specializing in big data analytics in construction management and urban studies. He is a chartered building surveyor and project manager by profession. Michael has published over 75 peer-reviewed papers on project resilience, construction management, and urban policy, with over 3,500 citations and an h-index of 49. He has secured more than HK$10 million in research funding for projects focusing on machine learning algorithms, digital information sharing, and risk estimation in mega projects.

Dr. Biao HU is currently an Assistant Professor at the College of Civil and Transportation Engineering, Shenzhen University, P.R. China. He obtained his Ph.D. from the City University of Hong Kong in 2017. His main research focuses on composite materials & structures, structural retrofitting, and sustainable construction materials. He has published 47 SCI journal papers. The publications have attracted more than 1370 citations recorded in Google Scholar with a H-index of 19. He is the principal investigator of 6research projects and the co-investigator of more than 10 research projects. He serves as the editorial board member of two SCI journals and the guest editor of five SCI journals. He is a regular reviewer of more than 40 peer-reviewed international SCI journals. He received the Moisseiff Award from the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) in 2018. He received the IAAM Scientist Medal Award (2023) from the International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM) and was selected as a Fellow of IAAM (Junior) in 2023.

"Mohammad Najjar is an assistant professor in the Department of Civil Construction at the Polytechnic School at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Universidad Federal do Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ), and a permanent professor at the Environmental Engineering Program at UFRJ. He holds a Postdoctoral degree and a Doctorate in Environmental Engineering . Mohammad is an Architect, graduated at the University of Tishreen in Syria, and holds a Master in International Planning and Sustainable Development at the University of Westminster in London - United Kingdom. Dr. Wai Yuen Szeto is a Professor and an Associate Head at the Department of Civil Engineering at The University of Hong Kong, and the Director of the Institute of Transport Studies at that university. He is a Top 1 % Scholar 2015-2023 (according to Clarivate Analytics' Essential Science Indicators) and is a World�s Top 2% Scientist by Stanford University. His current h-index is 65 (Google Scholar). He is an author of over 155 refereed journal papers. His publications have been cited over 12000 times (Google Scholar). The publications are related to shared mobility, dynamic traffic assignment, transport network design, public transport, network reliability, game theoretic approaches to transport and logistic problems, modeling land use, transport and environment interaction, and sustainable transport. "Marco Guerrieri is associate professor of Highway and Railway Engineering at DICAM, University of Trento, Italy, and he is qualified to full professorship. He serves as a member of the editorial board of several international scientific journals. Dillip Kumar Das Professor Dr. Dillip Kumar Das is a Civil Engineer and Planner specializing in Urban and Transportation Engineering and Planning, with expertise in Applied System Analysis. Holding a PhD in Urban and Rural Planning, he possesses a background in Civil Engineering and City Planning. He has over two decades of experience in teaching and research, His research interests span various areas including smart sustainable cities, infrastructure, transportation planning, Climate Change Adaptation, Multi-Criteria Decision-Making, and Engineering Education. Dr. Mohammad Arif Kamal is an Architect having 20 years of Teaching, Research and Professional experience in the field of Architecture, Building Technology and Interior Design. He did his Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) with Honors from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India in 2000, and secured a Master of Architecture (M. Arch.) on an MHRD GATE Fellowship from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee, in 2002 and Ph.D. in �Energy Responsiveness in Traditional Residential Buildings of Lucknow� on MHRD Fellowship, from IIT, Roorkee in 2007.
